The mood is abstract expressionism.
Inspired by photographic works of Nick Knight and Anton Corbijn with references to the artist Dan Flavin.
Working with jewellery designer Scott Wilson, we developed oversized, circular pieces which echoed the orbital sectioning shapes that we were working with on the hair, in both cut and colour. The primary colours used in the jewellery were juxtaposed to the monochromatic pale blonde and dark shades: creating a dramatic but wearable collection.
